Sample Menu
Day 1: Autumn Turkey Burgers, garnish burgers with cranberry sauce and lettuce leaves. Add
a big green salad and a bowl of raw baby carrots for everyone to nibble on.
Day 2: Pan Fried Orange Pork Cutlets, with spinach orzo.
Day 3: Chiles Rellenos Casserole, with brown rice and glazed baby carrots. A salad would be
nice, if you wanted, too!
Day 4: Double Decker Pizza, add big green salad with lots of veggies in it.
Day 5: Stuffed Chicken Breasts, with angel hair pasta topped with a mixture of the remaining
sun-dried tomatoes, a pressed garlic clove and a drizzle of olive oil. Add a large spinach
salad on the side.
Day 6: Crock Pot Hungarian Goulash, with wide egg noodles and steamed broccoli.
